My thoughts: After reading the first book I was
excited to read the second. This book deals with a little of the aftermath from
book 1 and how the Watson/Holmes relationship has changed. I loved the
character development and the mystery but I have one thing that I’m “eh” about,
the possible romance between Holmes and Watson. Currently I’m leaning towards
having the two of them remaining friends but I’m waiting for book 3, The Case
for Jamie to come out next year to decide.
