this a prequel to the fallen series. this book is told from Masons point of view. this book will make you fall more in love with the characters. it is also about the boys become closer with each other. i can relate with  the character because i am the oldest as well.  this book will help so the audience how mason becomes who he will be in the series. Mason is hot, sexy, and brooding bad boy. I highly recommend this book. you can read this book first but it did not come out till after the third book in the series was out.
